Official BTCC pre-season dates have been announced with Croft set to hold two days of official testing, and Brands Hatch slated for the official season launch.
The Kent venue will see the cars hit the track on the Indy layout for the first launch day since a wet 2023 launch on Wednesday April 8th after two seasons of launches at Donington Park.
March 24th/25th will see an official two-two day test for the championship at Croft. The North Yorkshire circuit has been the venue for official group tests in 2022, 2024 and 2025, with the fixture being the first major event under new manager Dan Mayo, who was the BTCC Championship co-ordinator from 2001 to 2025.
Although the entire grid will feature in private testing across the early part of the season, the tests will be the first official engagements for the new, and highly anticipated, Plato team and the Power Maxed Audi.
Both events are open to the public with no admission costs.
